I have been a student of yoga since my early 20’s. I am a mother of two and throughout life’s ups and downs, yoga has always been a constant. In 2010, I decided to deepen my practise and embark on my Yoga Teacher Training. This was a slow process for me as I undertook many intensive workshops around Australia, all the while working on my personal yoga practise.
Today I am lucky enough to teach what I have learnt and believe. I believe that we are all a work in progress and that yoga is a great recipe that helps support health for our mind, body and spirit. Yoga isn’t exercise, it’s a model for balance.
Today I am a certified yoga teacher, who teaches Beginners Yoga, General Yoga, Kids Yoga and Chair Yoga.
I have taught in schools, martial arts gyms, in corporate settings, privately and voluntarily. I firmly believe that every body is a yoga body and it’s never too late to start practicing yoga. The first step is today.
