Your order will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days. Shipping of products is capped at $10.00 per order. This includes the packing materials and labour times. We use recycled packing where possible to reduce our waste and keep cost down, but we ensure that all packing material is sturdy enough to resist damage during transit.

If no one is home to receive your order, the parcel will be left in a safe place. If you require signature on delivery please request this in the notes section at check-out.

The Northern Wellbeing Centre will not be held responsible for parcels that have been stolen or damaged. Any damage to product due to rough handling or excess travel times created by Australia Post is out of our control, but please contact us so we can aid you in creating a compensation claim with Australia Post.  Please photograph any damage incurred to the packaging prior to opening it, as this can aid in the process.

Pick up

Orders can be picked up from our store at 113C Miller St Epping, VIC. Orders can be picked up between our business hours of 9:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and on weekends by appointment only.

Products available for pick up will be indicated at check-out. If there is no pick-up option for a product, it is because this product is not located at our Epping warehouse.

Damaged stock

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging (prior to opening it) and damaged item, and we will proceed from there. We pack our product very carefully to ensure they have the best chance of arriving to you in the same condition that they left us.

Change of mind returns will only be accepted where stock is in its original condition, and packaging is unopened and undamaged. Due to health regulations, we can not accept returns on skin care, make up, body products, bath products, essential oils, baby products, tea, and ear rings. The customer is liable for shipping costs when returning an item due to change of mind.
